The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware SME to join our team. As a Middleware SME, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing middleware infrastructure solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement middleware infrastructure solutions using DevOps practices
  • Manage and maintain middleware infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT industry
  • Proficient in WebSphere Application Server ND 8.5 / 9, IBM HTTP Server 8.5 / 9, Tomcat 5
  • WAS Scripting Knowledge
  • Proficiency in working on Linux/Unix and Windows system
  • Expertise in WebSphere Liberty, Deploy support (Eclipse, UCD, CDA) and Ansible Support
  • Experience in MS office, ITIL, Service now
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Unix / Linux (RHEL) / Basic Bash Scripting.
  • Good Understanding of Single Sign-on using WebSphere Application Server.
  • Experience in Using Application Monitoring Tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Agile Methodology and Design Thinking.
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Develop advanced technological ideas and guides development into a final product.
  • Work under minimal supervision in layouts, product support, devices, methods or procedures
  • Build and Manage Middleware Infrastructure using Dev-Ops Practices
  • Ensure infrastructures are build as per the security standards and Industry best practices
  • SSL Certificate Management in WAS, IHS, Plugin
