Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support and optimize product lifecycle management processes at our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document current PLM processes and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define PLM system requirements.
  • Support PLM software configuration and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain PLM system documentation.
  • Conduct user training and provide technical support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in PLM or product development environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PLM software (e.g., ARAS, Teamcenter, PTC Windchill).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, collaborative approach, attention to details, adaptability, and technical acumen.
Technical Skills:
  • PLM software implementation.
  • Process mapping.
  • Data analysis.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of product development cycles.
Preferred Certifications:
  • PLM Professional Certification.
  • SCRUM Master.
  • Business Analysis Professional Certification.
