As a Student Guidance Professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of international students.

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to join our team as a Student Advisor. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to students throughout their application process.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global education systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment.
  • Handle student inquiries and provide professional guidance regarding admissions and visa processes.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students to build trust and understanding throughout the application cycle.
  • Adhere to strict company standards and procedures.
  • Maintain regular communication with students, ensuring they are updated on every stage of the process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and record communications via internal systems.
  • Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation.
  • Maintain office protocols, confidentiality, and decorum at all times.
  • Report progress and issues promptly to the Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or related fields)
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with global education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
