Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Executive to drive business growth through effective brand management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing and growing brands, with expertise in identifying new product opportunities and developing impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow current categories of the brand by analyzing market trends and consumer behavior
  • Identify new categories suitable for extending the brand by conducting thorough research and competitor analysis
  • Develop and implement product mix plans for new products by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Plan for growth of each product and establish brand norms and benchmarks to ensure consistency and quality
  • Develop and manage ATL and BTL programs/communications by leveraging various marketing channels
  • Conduct market research activities to gain valuable feedback from customers and stakeholders
  • Perform competitor analysis to stay ahead of the market and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong background in brand management and marketing with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
