About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic freelancers to deliver engaging lessons in Leadership Skills, Life Skills, and Accelerated Learning to school students. You must have a flair for presenting in front of a camera and delivering high-quality sessions that inspire and involve young learners.

The role involves adapting your delivery style to the age and background of the audience, fostering interactive and positive classroom experiences, and collaborating with the academic and production teams for session coordination, rehearsal, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver curriculum-based lessons in Leadership Skills, Life Skills, and Accelerated Learning as provided by the organization.
  • Present confidently and vibrantly in front of the camera, engaging and motivating students throughout the lesson.
  • Adapt your delivery style to the age and background of the audience.
  • Foster interactive and positive classroom experiences.
  • Collaborate with the academic and production teams for session coordination, rehearsal, and feedback.
  • Submit required reports after class sessions as per guidelines.
Required Qualifications

You will need to demonstrate or prior experience in teaching/presenting on camera (sample video required), strong communication and engaging personality suitable for young audiences, ability to deliver educational content in at least one of: Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, passion for student empowerment through leadership and life skills education, and willingness to receive and act upon feedback to continuously improve class delivery.
