Tutoring Position For Mathematics

The ideal candidate for this teaching position will possess a bachelor's degree in education with a specialization in mathematics or equivalent, and have an in-depth understanding of effective pedagogical practices.
A successful applicant should be well-organized, adaptable, and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, they must have a proven track record as a math teacher and be able to source necessary resources and supplies for lessons.
This role involves planning and preparing engaging courses and lessons, maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the subject area, and assessing and recording student progress and development.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for motivating and facilitating teaching according to individual students' educational needs, communicating and consulting with parents, and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
Other key responsibilities include grading assignments and quizzes, supervising examinations, and documenting and reporting on student progress.
