Lead Designer

The organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Designer to lead the design and development of various projects from conceptualization to completion. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing design concepts and architectural plans, collaborating with interior designers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution, conducting site visits to monitor progress and provide technical guidance, managing and mentoring junior architects and designers, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in space planning, interior design, and FF&E
  • Experience in architecture and construction drawings
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends and materials
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
