Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing funds claiming process for partner programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial resources and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tracking of expenses, funding types by country
  • Ensure Proof of Performance for compliance, dates, itemized receipts, and partner representative
  • File claims in multiple partner portals
  • Track approvals, payments, follow up on rejections, and unpaid claims
  • Tie payments to project and reconcile differences
  • Close projects
  • Perform monthly accounting functions, including account reconciliation and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with partner funding

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Financial knowledge, including accounting principles and budgeting practices
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance
