Job Title: Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, managing multiple social media accounts, analyzing engagement metrics, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media plans that align with business objectives.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Manage Social Media Accounts: Administer multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy in messaging and branding.
  • Monitor and Analyze Engagement Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Regular Reports: Present findings and insights to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for growth and optimization.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, including content creation, community management, and analytics.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and guide a team to deliver results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to create impactful strategies and oversee their execution.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills to guide content creation.
  • Social Media Expertise: In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their nuances.
  • Analytics: Familiarity with analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies.
