Position Overview

We seek a seasoned professional with strong expertise in statutory compliances, transfer pricing, and tax audits to take on this challenging role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, income tax returns, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare compelling appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before tax authorities.
  • Assist seniors in representing cases before tax authorities, leveraging expert knowledge to drive successful outcomes.
  • Provide authoritative consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions.
  • Advise on employee tax structures and incentives to ensure tax-efficient compensation planning, aligning with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with overseas consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications, fostering global compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proficient in income tax law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong communication and drafting abilities, with a talent for conveying complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA dropout with relevant experience, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
