About Legal Automation Expert

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Legal Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our eDiscovery department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Your primary focus will be on managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • You will work closely with project managers to develop and implement review, breach review, and QC workflows, as well as provide daily status reports and metrics.
  • Additionally, you will perform quality assurance on batches being released by team members, identify error trends, and create remedial actions.
  • As a technical coach, you will work with team leaders to resolve queries and provide guidance on technical and project guidelines.
  • You will also be responsible for creating STRs, targeted searches, layouts, choices, fields, batching, and run analytics for projects.
  • Monitors hourly productivity metrics and performs QA on reviewed data.

Requirements:

  • Must be an attorney with at least 4+ years of eDiscovery experience.
  • Proven track record of working as an APM for at least 1+ year.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Advanced Excel is required.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per project requirements.
