Senior Analytics Manager Position

This role focuses on leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision solutions. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Python programming, along with proficiency in TensorFlow and PyTorch for deep learning frameworks.

The chosen individual will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand specific requirements and develop integrated machine learning solutions within the existing technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and integrate ML/DL, NLP, and computer vision models and algorithms to address complex business problems.
  • Work closely with clients to comprehend their unique needs and develop tailored ML solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Analyze and enhance the performance of existing ML/DL/AI models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and applying advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.
  • Conduct ongoing research into the latest trends in analytics, machine learning, AI, computer vision, and NLP, incorporating new findings into the development process to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.
  • Maintain clear documentation for AI models, processes, and results to ensure transparency and ease of use for other team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ML engineers and data scientists.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team as a subject matter expert (SME) to gather requirements, conceptualize solutions, and present them to clients.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in machine learning/deep learning, with a strong technical background. Previous experience should not be in non-technical roles.
  • Focus on production projects only, with no capstone or internet-based projects.
