SAP E-Invoicing Consultant Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a seasoned professional to lead global e-invoicing projects.

As an SAP E-Invoicing Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and providing ongoing support for SAP e-invoicing solutions across all project phases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead SAP e-invoicing implementation across all project phases (design, build, test, deploy, support)
  • Configure SAP e-invoicing (S/4HANA, SD, FI, MM, Ariba) and ensure compliance with global regulations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to align solutions with business goals
  • Manage full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and vendor relationships
  • Provide coaching, training, and post go-live support to users
  • Deliver projects with efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strong governance
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • 6-7 years of SAP project experience with at least 4 years in e-invoicing
  • 8+ years in IT, with 2+ years in management/leadership roles
  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise in relevant modules
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP e-invoicing processes, compliance, and best practices
  • Project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • ABAP debugging/customization (added advantage)
  • Experience in change management, governance, and training end users
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
  • Flexibility to work beyond hours to resolve critical issues
