We are seeking an experienced Azure Administrator to support and maintain SAP Business One environments hosted on Microsoft Azure. The role involves part-time, remote work ensuring smooth operation, high availability, and security of SAP B1 workloads running on the Azure cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support SAP Business One hosted on Azure including VMs, databases, networking, storage, and security protocols.
  • Perform regular system monitoring patching performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Manage Azure resources efficiently ensuring cost optimization and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain backup disaster recovery and high availability strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with SAP consultants developers and business teams to address technical requirements and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with Azure governance security and IT best practices.
  • Achieve automation through PowerShell Azure CLI or related tools wherever possible.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven hands-on experience as an Azure Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Practical experience with SAP Business One administration knowledge of SQL Server and HANA is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of Azure IaaS/PaaS services including VMs networking storage monitoring and backup processes.
  • Expertise in Windows Server Active Directory and SQL Server administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity with flexible availability.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with Azure Security Center Azure Monitor and Azure Cost Management.
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One integrations with external applications.
  • Prior experience in SAP workload migration to Azure.
  • 10+ years of IT experience.
