">Key Responsibilities:">- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Build and maintain user personas and journey maps.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for design and product teams.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to shape user-first solutions.
- Evaluate UI/UX effectiveness and suggest improvements backed by research.
- Organize and document findings clearly using tools like Notion and Figma.
- Stay updated on UX best practices and continuously refine research methods.
- Synthesize complex data into concise, usable formats for decision-making.
- 1+ year of experience in UX research or a related field, with hands-on work across qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Strong grasp of usability principles, user behavior, and user-centered design thinking.
- Ability to translate research into actionable insights and collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Comfortable using tools like Figma, Notion, and Google Suite for documentation and synthesis.
- Excellent communication skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
