AI Creative Specialist Job

Are you an innovative and creative professional looking to push the boundaries of AI-driven marketing? We're seeking a talented AI Creative Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI marketing, using cutting-edge tools like Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, and Firefly to create visually stunning and engaging ad creatives.

As an AI Creative Specialist, your mission will be to bridge the gap between creative teams and performance metrics. You'll work closely with our team to:

  • Generate ad creatives (static, video, copy) using AI tools.
  • Deploy creatives directly into Meta/Google Ads Manager.
  • Adapt visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages to improve conversion.
  • Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.
  • Experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and UGC-style creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use AI-first tools to create image/video/copy assets.
  • Write hooks, ad copy, subject lines - not just design visuals.
  • Monitor CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement, and come up with insights or adjust based on analytics recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years in creative/design/marketing/content roles OR strong AI creative portfolio.
  • Proven ability to use AI-first tools to create image/video/copy assets.
  • Copywriting chops: you can write hooks, not just design banners.
  • Comfort with basic metrics: CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement rates.

A Day in Your Life:

  • Morning: Check performance metrics from yesterday's creatives.
  • Mid-day: Generate 3-5 new ad variations (image + video + copy).
  • Afternoon: Deploy creatives into Ads Manager/lifecycle tools.
  • Evening: Review early signals, note what's working vs. not, prep tomorrow's iterations.
