Job Title: Statutory Compliance Specialist
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to oversee end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage EPF challan generation processes to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions to maintain data integrity.
- Respond to PF-related queries and ensure prompt resolution to maintain excellent customer service.
- Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions to adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks for PF operations to ensure high-quality results.
- Prepare and file statutory reports to meet regulatory deadlines.
- Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines to foster trust and confidence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in PF Trust & payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws to ensure compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools to streamline operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues.
Experience: At least 3 years' experience in statutory compliance or related field.
Work Mode: Remote work available for selected locations.
