About the Role

This position involves driving backend excellence, architecting high-performance services, and ensuring production readiness with robust monitoring and alerting practices on AWS.

You will be responsible for owning end-to-end delivery of features, collaborating with peers and cross-functional teams, and growing backend engineering capabilities through clear guidance, thoughtful code reviews, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning technical execution for backend and frontend modules
  • Leading delivery across the team
  • Enhancing and evolving existing backend systems with scalable architecture patterns
  • Architecting high-performance services using Java and Spring Boot
  • Ensuring production readiness with robust monitoring and alerting practices on AWS
Requirements:

7-10 years of backend experience, with recent hands-on development in Java and Spring Boot

Proven experience building and scaling systems to handle high throughput, low latency, and event-driven architecture

Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure components: EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, VPC, and more

Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning

Strong leadership skills, ability to mentor engineers, and effective problem-solving
