  • Deploy machine learning-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Advanced Analytics for Business Growth: Lead the analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align data innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling data-driven solutions that directly impact the business KPIs.

Requirements:

  • AI/ML/LLM Experience: Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Recommendation Systems, AutoML.
  • Data & Intelligence: Real-time analytics, data pipelines, customer journey insights, churn prediction models.
  • Experience in Python, R, or any other programming language for data science.
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model.
