Business Analyst ServiceNow Order Management and Data

In this role, you will drive innovation and ensure project success by collaborating with clients to deliver effective solutions that exceed their expectations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on data mappings and ensure accurate data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.
  • Develop comprehensive data models in collaboration with SMEs.
  • Manage large data extractions, convert it into the right ServiceNow target format, and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Provide advice on best practices for OM data model usage and its impact on business processes.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst Order Management with a focus on data activities.
  • Business Analyst with expertise in data-related tasks, order management knowledge, and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication to various audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and open mindset.
  • Ability to understand and break down complex concepts to clarify effort and required changes.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with all data objects in the context of OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and ability to leverage its features to optimize business processes.
