Opportunity for Automobile Sales Executive at 2coms

Greetings, we are seeking an Automobile Sales Executive to join our team at 2coms. Our client is an Indian multinational ride sharing company that offers an excellent opportunity for sales professionals.

Key Requirements:
  • Graduate or Diploma with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Automobile Sales Executive.
  • Candidates should have a valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Presentable appearance and attitude.
  • Lead management - generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiries.
  • Enter customer inquiries into the system with complete details.
  • Demonstrate the scooter.
  • Conduct test rides and convert them into final sales.
  • Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, and finance options.


Performance Metrics:

- TR completion percentage from scheduled TR
- Sales conversion percentage from completed TR
- Process adherence with no deviations from the processes or SOPs
- Good customer experience with no negative feedback
- CX rating

Requirements
* Valid driving license
* Good communication skills
