The Opportunity
We are seeking an Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to support, research, implement, and maintain our multi-tiered fuel and retail cross-marketing system, payments, and data insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, deploying, and troubleshooting our distributed applications. They will also contribute to development and adapting frameworks to fit industry best practices and coordinate these activities among the Development, QA, and Product teams. Additionally, they will be responsible for coordinating with relevant departments on researching and resolving software bugs and issues found during QA, beta, and production implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and monitor servers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Automate common tasks to streamline workflows.
  • Analyze data to gain valuable insights and inform decision-making.
  • Research and resolve software issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Ensure adherence to PCI requirements to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Participate in after-hours weekly On-Call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
  • Leverage ESP capabilities to successfully deploy campaigns, create reports, and manage subscriber lists.
  • Develop and promote a holistic, data-driven approach that supports Members and participants while remaining agile and innovative.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal business units.
  • possess strong analytical skills, including troubleshooting, to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with Azure/AWS and API services is essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL writing is necessary.
  • Ability to troubleshoot networking issues and maintain security awareness.
  • Show a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team while also possessing the capacity to work independently.
  • Candidate must be a career-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate independence in thinking and problem-solving.
  • Self-starter with the ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with Windows PowerShell, Windows System Administration, SQL Server/postgres/mysql, IIS/.net, data management concepts, and basic accounting skills.
  • A Computer Science Background is mandatory.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
