We are seeking a seasoned Business Manager to spearhead the growth of our influencer marketing agency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business acumen, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and engage with potential clients across industries, showcasing our influencer marketing services as a solution-driven offering.
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships: Develop and nurture lasting connections with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies, ensuring seamless communication and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Analyze client goals and target audience insights to recommend tailored influencer marketing strategies, resulting in high-impact campaigns that drive tangible results.
  • Execution and Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition, leveraging data-backed insights and creative thinking.

For success in this role, you must have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development within the influencer marketing industry.
  • A deep understanding of the influencer marketing space, including platforms and trends.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to close business for influencer marketing agencies.
  • A network of existing brand contacts that can be leveraged to fast-track growth and open doors.
