Job Opportunity in Guidewire DataHub and Development

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data integration, analysis, and quality assurance within the Guidewire ecosystem to drive success across various projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data models and ETL processes within the Guidewire DataHub environment to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements for insurance applications, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Design and maintain data integration solutions to guarantee data consistency and accuracy across systems, adhering to best practices in software development.
  • Monitor data quality and perform data cleansing and transformation as necessary to optimize data integrity.
  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for data-related issues within the Guidewire applications, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Participate in code reviews to promote adherence to industry standards and best practices in software development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12-20 years of experience in data management and analytics, preferably in the insurance domain, with a strong focus on data modeling and analysis.
  • Expertise in Guidewire DataHub and Guidewire suite of applications, with proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Java or similar languages, with knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
