Strategic Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across our projects.

The successful candidate will oversee strategic planning, team management, technology integration, stakeholder collaboration, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives in design and construction workflows.
  • Manage BIM teams including managers, coordinators, and modelers.
  • Oversee BIM execution plans and ensure timely delivery of digital models.
  • Implement and maintain BIM protocols, standards, and QA/QC processes.
  • Evaluate emerging BIM technologies and trends.
  • Mentor BIM professionals and conduct training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in BIM roles.
  • Proficiency in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and other BIM standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
