Job Overview

  • We are seeking a Cloud Security Specialist to design and implement robust security protocols for our private cloud infrastructure.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Network, Firewall, Database, Perimeter Security, Endpoint Security, and be able to manage infrastructure security across clusters, applications, and networking layers.
  • This role involves integrating security best practices into development activities and workloads, as well as monitoring and responding to security incidents in private cloud environments.
  • The Cloud Security Specialist must possess a holistic understanding of cloud security components and integration with other systems within the development ecosystem.
  • In addition, this individual will gather security requirements from the development team and implement the respective cybersecurity solution into the cloud environment.
  • Access control and data security are crucial in the cloud environment, and the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect against cyber threats, unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security risks.
  • The right candidate will also have relevant security understanding for on-prem hybrid cloud management.
  • Analyze security requirements from development teams and implement effective cybersecurity solutions in the cloud environment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security controls for private cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into development activities and workloads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of Network, Firewall, Database, Perimeter Security, Endpoint Security.
  • Able to manage infrastructure security across clusters, applications, and networking layers.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and ability to integrate them into development activities and workloads.
  • Familiarity with cloud security components and integration with other systems within the development ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
