We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Fraud Analyst. This position requires expertise in card network rules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-volume case workloads efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and investigate fraud cases in accordance with card network rules and internal policies.
  • Analyze transaction data to determine case validity and liability.
  • Prepare dispute case files, representments, and supporting evidence within required timeframes.
  • Communicate with internal teams, issuing banks, acquirers, and merchants to resolve disputes effectively.
  • Identify patterns and trends, providing insights to prevention teams.
  • Ensure accurate records and reporting of dispute activities for compliance and audit purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in fraud, disputes, or chargebacks (Mastercard experience preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of card network rules and dispute resolution procedures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection tools, case management systems, and regulatory requirements.
