Job Title: Proposal Writer

About the Role:

This is a high-profile position that involves crafting compelling proposal content to articulate our value proposition. If you are an experienced writer with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in producing professionally written proposals, we want to hear from you.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading responses to public sector contracts at the IDIQ and Task Order level.
  • Developing compliant technical material and compelling proposal content for use in proposal development activities.
  • Researching and analyzing RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify key requirements and develop tailored proposal strategies.
  • Designing and suggesting graphics for written proposal material.
  • Delivering completed written proposal responses against agreed RFP deadlines.

  • Core Skills:
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex information and identify key requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new tools quickly.
