Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement Delivery:
  • Manage and deliver post-merger integration/carve-out/operational assessment projects.
  • Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams and within our organisation.

Required Skills:

  • Business Development/Upsell:
  • Support partner/director in building practice in north region for BDO in India.
  • Have experience in planning & implementation of at least 2-3 integrations/separations of various front office and back office functions.
  • Deliver project management engagements with strong PMO skills and ability to work in high-pressure deals environment.

Essential Behaviours:

  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships at all levels.
  • Self-starter with strong ability to drive decision making and stakeholder management.
