Technical Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our AI Platform team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our founder and Head of Implementation to solve complex customer challenges and develop innovative software solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with your passion for working with customers to drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and solving real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success.

You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies, driving the integration of these tools into customer workflows and business processes. Your strong technical background and ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations will serve as a foundation for your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our founder and Head of Implementation to tackle complex customer challenges and develop breakthrough solutions
  • Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success
  • Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes
  • Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using our visual development environment to solve complex business challenges
  • Become an expert in our platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs
Requirements:
  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred)
  • CohesivAI Platform: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary CohesivAI platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions (comprehensive training provided)
  • AI Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes
  • English Communication: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English for client communication
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Software Development Background: Previous experience in any programming language (Python, JavaScript, .NET, etc.) - helps understand technical concepts but coding won't be primary responsibility
  • AI Development Tools: Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development (Cursor IDE, ChatGPT integration, etc.)
  • Enterprise Software Experience: Understanding of how large organizations use and integrate software systems
  • Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly master new platforms and technologies
  • Client-Facing Experience: Any previous experience in customer success, consulting, or client communication roles
