We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Safety and Security Supervisor within our organization.

Job Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive individual to join our Global Safety and Security Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations at our Technology Center in Bangalore, India.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and resource necessary supplies, training, and policies to prevent and mitigate risks from threats and injuries.
  • Monitor alarms, access control, CCTV, and events that may impact our operations and assets.
  • Analyze and escalate issues to help mitigate threats to our employees, property, and partners in Bangalore and other sites across the globe.
  • Buildderive a comprehensive safety and security program to ensure fully trained security coverage 24/7.
  • Coordinate responses to incidents or crisis events that occur or could potentially impact our operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of communications and events, including incident tracking and case management.
  • Negotiate effective working relationships with regulatory agencies, industry security, and life safety professionals, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Manage sensitive incidents while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience working in a safety and security function, preferably in a physical security role or setting.
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule environment.
  • Familiarity with access management technologies such as Lenel and Google Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making ability during both crisis and non-crisis situations.
