Your Role

This isn't just another engineering role—it's a foundational opportunity. You'll be responsible for building AI systems that solve real-world healthcare challenges, helping NeevHQ set the standard for innovation in healthcare AI, and being a core part of the founding team shaping the future of NeevHQ.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AI Development: Design and build AI systems for tasks like real-time transcription, symptom analysis, and provider matching.
  • Implement RAG Workflows: Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for intelligent, context-aware outputs.
  • Engineer with LangChain: Leverage LangChain to create dynamic, scalable AI solutions.
  • Masters Prompt Engineering: Craft and refine prompts to optimize AI performance and scalability.
  • Build Data Systems: Manage and optimize data stores like Pinecone and Postgres to handle real-time applications.
  • Deploy Intelligent Agents: Create and deploy multi-agent systems to enable smart automation and decision-making.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to align AI solutions with user needs.
