Job Description

As a Cloud Security Architect, you will lead the development and implementation of cloud security strategies, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks associated with cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Security Architecture:
    • Design and implement secure cloud architectures for banking applications and cloud platforms.
    • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure secure configuration and compliance of cloud resources.
  • Security Governance & Compliance:
    • Develop and maintain cloud security policies and procedures that align with regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC2.
    • Ensure ongoing risk assessment and mitigation through regular security audits and vulnerability management.
  • Cloud Security Operations:
    • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud security tools and technologies, including CSPM and SIEM systems.
    • Collaborate with incident response teams to investigate and respond to security incidents in the cloud.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture and Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in cloud security tools and technologies, including AWS, Azure, Oracle, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Security Specialist, EJPT, CISSP, CISM or equivalent.
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline security.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards like ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC2.
