About the Role

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst position is a senior-level role that requires expertise in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs. This individual will work closely with the Technology team to ensure seamless integration of functions and identify necessary system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with multiple management teams to integrate functions and identify system enhancements.
  • Resolve high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  • Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  • Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
  • Hadoop, BigData, Spark, Scala experience.
  • Extensive experience in system design, analysis, and programming of software applications.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
