Job Title

ServiceNow Test Engineer

About The Position

We are seeking a skilled test engineer to join our organization and contribute to the development of detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional and detailed design documents.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-6 years of experience in quality assurance in ServiceNow, hands-on experience implementing Automated Test Framework (ATF), and functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as IT service management, human resources service delivery, and customer service management.

Responsibilities
  • Developing comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional and detailed design documents.
  • Executing tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects found during testing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Designing and implementing ATF in ServiceNow.
Requirements
  • 2-6 years' experience in quality assurance in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ATF.
  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM.
  • Knowledge of testing integrations using ServiceNow and Postman.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
