As a pioneering AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing intelligent systems and data platforms that propel ventures forward.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to craft, experiment, and deploy real-world AI products. You will design and build end-to-end pipelines, architect scalable infrastructure, and work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring innovative AI-powered ventures to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Ingestion & Processing: Develop robust data ingestion and cleaning processes to prepare high-quality data for model training.
  • AI System Design: Architect scalable APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products, ensuring seamless interaction between models and backend engineering.
  • Experimentation & Deployment: Prototype generative AI tools and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems—and push them into production, leveraging software engineering best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and founders to align on product vision, develop user-centered designs, and drive product development.
  • Full-Stack Expertise: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design, applying your expertise to drive innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Programming Foundation: Proven proficiency in programming languages like Python or Node.js, with a deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
  • MLOps Expertise: Experience with ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Database Management: Knowledge of data engineering and databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage), with hands-on experience.
  • Relevant Skills: Familiarity with retrieval systems, embeddings, RAG pipelines, multi-modal systems (text, voice, vision), and experience with generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • Culture Fit: A builder's mindset, comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one, and a passion for innovation.
