Highly Experienced Data Engineering Project Lead

As a seasoned Data Engineering Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and leading agile teams in the development of high-quality software solutions.

This role requires strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and experience in data engineering, including data processing and documentation. A good understanding of SQL is also essential, with Python being a desirable skill. Additionally, you must have completed at least two data engineering projects and possess wealth management domain expertise.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex data engineering projects on time and within budget. You will be expected to provide guidance and mentorship to team members, as well as help identify and prioritize project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate agile teams and ensure smooth execution of data engineering projects
  • Mentor team members and provide guidance on Scrum methodology and data engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in data engineering and Scrum methodology
  • Fundamental SQL expertise (Must have)
  • Data Engineering background (Data processing, documentation)
  • Good to have: Python
  • Completed at least 2 Data Engineering projects
  • Wealth Management domain experience is mandatory
