Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our multi-specialty hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall administration, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the Hospital.

The CEO will ensure high-quality patient care, financial sustainability, and long-term growth while fostering innovation, staff development, and community trust.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for hospital growth, sustainability, and excellence.
  • Define and monitor organizational goals, KPIs, and performance outcomes.
  • Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure financial health, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in MBBS/MD, MBA (Healthcare Management), or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • At least 15 years of leadership experience in multi-specialty hospitals, with at least 5 years in a senior management/CEO role.
  • A proven track record in hospital administration, financial management, patient care, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, risk management, and quality standards.
  • Strong business acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
