About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML technical lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical strategy and decision-making, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the AI/ML team, and contributing to AI/ML architecture design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Provide strategic direction for the AI team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.">
  3. Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, MLOps engineers, and machine learning engineers to achieve project objectives and deliverables.">
  4. Contribute to AI/ML architecture design and implementation.">
  5. Collaborate with business, engineering, infrastructure, and data science teams to develop production-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models.">
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and aligning with project goals and objectives.">
  7. Guide AI/ML engineers on business objectives, connecting the dots, and helping the team create optimal ML models based on use cases.">
  8. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to process, scope, quality, and timelines.">
  9. Assume the role of an engagement coordinator between teams.">
  10. Highlight risks and concerns to the leadership team and work with multiple stakeholders to establish alignment, contingency, and/or mitigation plans.">
  11. Proactively track delivery statuses and project progress, taking ownership of all deliverables.">
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.">
  • 12 to 15 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of experience leading/managing AI/ML projects.">
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts & algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.">
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.">
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Proven experience in leading, motivating & inspiring teams to foster collaboration.">
