Cash Application Specialist

Are you looking to embark on a challenging yet rewarding role in accounts receivable? As a Process Associate, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash application functions. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in resolving customer disputes and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Making collection calls to customers and emailing or faxing invoices as required
  • Identifying and rectifying unidentified cash and managing the end-to-end process of cash applications
  • Processing cash application functions at assigned sites, ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential completion of Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR)
  • Following up on customer/internal disputes and working between departments to achieve resolution
  • Reconciling orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customers for collection or refund
Requirements
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Meaningful experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash
