We are seeking an innovative leader to spearhead the development and deployment of machine learning models.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a team of cross-functional experts in architecting, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions into production-ready systems. Their expertise should span multiple domains, including computer vision, natural language processing, regression, classification, time series analysis, and geospatial AI.

The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools, with experience integrating ML into real-world products. A background in data science, leadership, and collaboration is essential for success in this role.

  • Mentor and lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists.
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models into production-ready systems.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create scalable ML solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in ML, DL, and LLMs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ML/Data Science, with 2+ years in leadership.
  • Proven expertise in multiple ML domains.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools.
  • Experience integrating ML into real-world products.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Hugging Face, LangChain, Detectron2, or OpenCV.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes/Airflow.
  • Contributions to research or open-source projects.
