Investment Banking Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Project Manager to support our clients on multiple industries. This role involves conducting financial analysis, preparing pitch books and industry research, and meeting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients across various industries including Consumer, IT/BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, and Services.
  • Preparing detailed financial analysis with knowledge/experience of working on financial statements.
  • Conducting quality control checks of outgoing reports/packs.
  • Engaging clients independently on calls and emails.
  • Scoping new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products.
  • Producing high-quality informative and visually appealing presentations and decks.
  • Demonstrating strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA/CFA/CA degree or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the Investment banking space.
  • Experience of working Investment banking projects, including detailed financial analysis, target identification, trading and transaction comps, benchmarking, ratio analysis, pitch book/IM support, and company profiles.
  • Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries.
  • Bespoke qualitative research.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and support.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Well-versed with MS Office suite, specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.
