Job Role: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to develop and execute paid campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience running Meta & Google Ads, preferably for e-commerce brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with attention to impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
