Join our team of experts in system development and technical innovation. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing washing machine and dryer systems for the Indian and global markets.


• Responsible for new wash system development of washing machines/dryers for India and Global Application.


• Apply analytical tools for USP development, algorithm development in home appliances.


• Identify and resolve all potential risks through Design For Manufacturing And Assembly (DFMEA).


• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues with ease.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of consumer and process partner requirements.


• Develop a deep understanding of customer and marketing expectations.


Required Skills:


• Product/Technology Development & Testing experience in home appliances domain (Dryer/Refrigeration/AC/WMC).


• Knowledge of global energy and performance standards [AHAM, IEC 60456, IS Standards].


• Strong theoretical knowledge of fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry.


• Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.


• Willingness to travel within India/South Korea or other parts of the world for short or long durations.


Desired Skills:


• Knowledge of system programming languages – Python preferred.


• In-depth knowledge of interfacing sensors both analog and digital – Plus.


• Experience in any design/CAD software, refrigeration/air condition cycle will be a plus.


• Exposure and experience in Six Sigma (black belt will be a plus).


• Working experience with global teams.


• Korean language proficiency (speak, read, and write) is an added advantage.
