Enterprise Salesforce Solutions Architect

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Salesforce Engineer to spearhead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across the enterprise.

• Solution Architecture: Define, design, and implement enterprise-scale architecture leveraging Salesforce core capabilities, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations.
• Technology Strategy: Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap of Salesforce ecosystem within the enterprise, aligning platform capabilities with business goals.
• Cross-Platform Engineering: Lead complex integrations across Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS, and other enterprise systems.
• Innovation & Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for platform optimization, performance tuning, and automation through DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Governance & Standards: Establish engineering standards, enforce code quality, and ensure platform governance in collaboration with security and compliance teams.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers across multiple teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 6 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, including complex multi-cloud implementations.
• Technical Skills: Expert in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with deep experience in Data Cloud, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and external integrations.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong architectural thinking, decision-making, and documentation skills, with proven experience guiding distributed teams and cross-functional initiatives.
