Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a senior UX designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and implement user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to create exceptional user experiences.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders.
  • Create low and high-fidelity wireframes during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to facilitate client understanding of user journeys.
  • Provide guidance to the development team on user journeys.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and obtain client approval.
  • Ensure the development team has all necessary design assets in a timely manner.
  • Review development builds carefully and provide feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are implemented correctly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience, soft-spoken nature, quick learning, and drive to excel.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI for Mobile App Development projects.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of the app development process.
  • Ability to come up with new concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma.
  • Design thinking.
  • Knowledge of Scrum is an advantage.

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to guide the development team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
