About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating the general ledger, including recording journal entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Conducting periodic reconciliations of various accounts, such as bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Supporting the financial close process by preparing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, collaborating with auditors and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • IT skills, including ERP, Blackline, SAP, Ariba, Alteryx, and MS Office.
