Job Title: Clinic Operations Manager

Role Overview:

The clinic operations manager oversees the overall performance of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business & Sales Growth:
    • Deliver revenue and profitability targets.
    • Drive sales through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
    • Track daily/weekly MIS and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Operations & Service Excellence:
    • Ensure smooth functioning of all clinic services (slimming, beauty, dermatology, wellness).
    • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
    • Oversee inventory, billing, and cash management processes.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team (Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, Counselors).
    • Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals.
    • Build a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
    • Resolve escalations and ensure high NPS & client retention.
    • Implement loyalty and referral programs.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Adhere to company SOPs and statutory requirements.
    • Ensure proper documentation for audits and reviews.
    • Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership.
  • Business Development:
    • Build local tie-ups (RWAs, corporates, gyms, wellness camps) for footfall generation.
    • Partner with marketing & BTL teams for city-specific activations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue & leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with high ownership.
  • Open to working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
