AI Engineer Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that enhance product development workflows, engineering services, and organisational processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions that are transparent, reliable, and easy to maintain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Model Development: Select and build appropriate AI/ML models based on problem type and business objectives.
  • Data Management & Quality: Collect, clean, and preprocess datasets from multiple sources.
  • Engineering Services Integration: Apply AI to improve hardware verification, software testing, and security checking.
  • Ai Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy models into real-world environments with emphasis on scalability and reliability.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 6+ years in engineering (software, hardware, or systems). At least 3 years in AI/ML, with hands-on experience in model development, training, and deployment. Technical Skills: Strong programming ability (Python, Java, or R). Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Keras, Hugging Face). Solid knowledge of data science practices: feature engineering, training/testing pipelines, evaluation metrics. Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, and/or generative AI. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Dev Ops (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD). Other Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative environments.
