Job Overview:

The Interior Design Project Manager role is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Operations Leads to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with design and production teams to meet project timelines.
  • Manage internal stakeholders, including Finance, Vendor teams, and Installer teams, to provide necessary support and meet customer promised timelines and quality standards.
  • Own the customer experience from project booking to handover, acting as the highest point of escalation for regional issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable faster issue resolution and empower existing team members to solve problems on the ground.
  • Be a people manager to hire and strengthen the team in your region, adhering to defined process SOPs and standards for a standardized customer experience.
  • Responsible for Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prioritization of NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools or equivalent qualifications.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries, with direct team reporting in past roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a structured thought process with strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants.
